GENERAL
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or firearm at any time. We will not perform any service that violates ATF compliance laws. We do not service any air guns (e.g., dart, airsoft, paintball, or pellet), bows, crossbows, toy guns, 3D-printed firearms, etc. We do not service non-serialized firearms of any kind manufactured after the Gun Control Act of 1968, including firearms manufactured at home for personal use by non-FFL licensees. Apocalypse Sports will under no circumstances accept any illegally modified or NFA-listed firearms for repair or modification.
The Customer recognizes, realizes, and by reading and signing the Repair Order, understands that it is by the Customer’s request that these changes/repairs are made and that he/she is also releasing Apocalypse Sports, both individually and in any business form, from any liability should any accident, loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising from or related to the performance of the agreement including, without limitation, all consequential damages whether or not resulting from the negligence of the Customer or Customer’s agent.
If, upon inspection, it is determined that the work order cannot be performed to a functional and/or safe condition, all work on the firearm will cease, and the Customer will be notified.
Upon completion, the Customer will be notified telephonically regarding the availability of his/her firearm for pickup. If not retrieved in 30 days, a storage fee of $30 will be assessed. Apocalypse Sports reserves the right to sell the firearm to a legal purchaser to recover the costs incurred by the Customer if the firearm is not collected by the ORIGINAL CUSTOMER after 60 days. It is at the discretion of the Gunsmith to set the selling price of the firearm.
MINIMUM BENCH FEE
The minimum shop charge per work order is $25. This fee applies to all firearms entered on a work order.
TRANSFER
It is mandated by law that the individual who submitted the firearm for repair and signed the Repair Order be present to sign the completed Repair Order form and retake possession of the firearm. If the Original Customer is not available or capable of receiving the firearm, an individual in possession of the Service Tag Receipt that was provided to the original Customer who is legally qualified to possess a firearm may recover the firearm. This transfer will be dependent on the full payment for services and completion of ATF form 4473 and approved NICS Background Check.
